Contract Information
Orders made through smartlads.com are subject to acceptance and availability. smartlads.com may choose at any time to cancel your order.
No contract will officially exist between yourself and smartlads.com until your parcel has been despatched. 
smartlads.com uses PayPal to process payments.

Your credit card is charged in the name of our trading name of smartlads. 

Data Protection
smartlads is compliant with the Data Protection Act. Your details will not be passed on to any third party.

Discount Offers and Voucher Codes
smartlads has the right to end offers at any time.
In the instance that a customer has two or more discount codes they should use the code for the greater amount as discount offers and voucher codes cannot be added together.

When ordering with us you can relax in the knowledge that your credit card information is safe and secure. We use PayPal to process our online credit card transactions.

Our shopping system takes advantage of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) security, protecting the customer while sensitive information is in transit over the internet.

When you place an order, the SSL encrypts (scrambles) all information, before we collect it.
Your transactions are secure. If anyone could intercept the information, it would be meaningless.


Your right of cancellation 

If you are an individual and are not buying goods on behalf of a business, you can cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you receive your items (or the last item if they were shipped separately). You must notify us of your cancellation. You can notify us through our online contact form.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless we delivered it to you in error or it is faulty. You must send the item back to us no later than 14 days from the day on which you notified us of your cancellation, by following the instructions we send you.
We will refund the price of the item no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the item back from you. We'll refund the same means of payment as you used to make your purchase.

We are certain that you will be satisfied with all of the products we offer. We want you to be completely happy with anything you buy from us. If, for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return unworn merchandise with all tags still attached for an exchange or refund.

When returning your order, be sure to include your order number or a copy of your original packing slip and indicate if you would like a refund or would prefer an exchange.

If you do not have your invoice copy, please be sure to indicate your name, address, order number and reason for the return on a separate piece of paper.

Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your parcel. We will notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned item.
